Hello,
Obviously my name is Maxim Konovalov, here is my quite quiet home page and I have no idea what you are looking for here.
I am not that actor from Russian gansta-movie "Bummer" though I like his character.
As all losers around I have got a hall of shame so-called resume, but it is always slightly out of date as I have a hobby to change employers when something stops fit my needs, some weird ideals and principles. I am very interested in TCP/IP programming, kernel architectures, VM internals, multiprocessing, security, project management, software development technologies and methodologies, and world domination. I have been using many OSes but FreeBSD is the best.
I am looking for FreeBSD job, part or full time, so if you have one drop me a note. I need to run my own company finally.
This is my article "Securing Bind", now obsoleted a bit but still useful I believe. Fidorast FAQ by Michail Galustov is here. Links I found useful. A number of books I store (but never read) on my bookshelf. I maintain calendar.unix.ru file you can find a birthdays of IRCNet #unix.ru addicts. Some funny #unix.ru stats. This is my LinkedIn profile. Being Russian classic prose partisan I hate Russian fantastics aka rusfan. What else? ah yes, I am not a geek!
http://jo.int.ru/ - a list of vacancies mostly unix or network related (in Russia and on Russian).
FreeBSD Links. FreeBSD tricks I collect. Search FreeBSD GNATS database with Firefox plugin.
My Soerkris 4801 box I am using as internet gateway.
There is some sort of blog here (on Russian mostly).
Sincerely yours, maxim@freebsd.org
